Corpus Christi School has a thriving athletic program that fosters teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. As a proud participant in the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) league, our students compete alongside more than 150 Catholic schools within the Los Angeles Archdiocese. With over ten CYO Championships, Corpus Christi continues to uphold a tradition of excellence and pride in athletics.
Our sports program aims to develop teamwork, enhance skills, promote physical fitness, and encourage leadership and self-worth. Students learn to appreciate organized play, channel their competitive spirit, and find joy in belonging to a team that shares a common goal. Above all, the focus is on growth and improvement with each practice and game.
Our 5th and 6th grade teams emphasize skill development and fundamentals, preparing students for the competitive 7th and 8th grade teams. Through athletics, Corpus Christi students build confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love for healthy competition—all while having fun!
As Stingrays, our students are inspired to navigate life with the same grace, adaptability, and calm strength that define our mascot. Just as the Stingray moves with purpose and resilience through changing tides, Corpus Christi athletes learn to face challenges with courage, balance, and faith—on and off the field.
